Accompanied Viewings
We accompany prospective tenants on all our property viewings.
You will also receive regular updates and progress reports during the marketing of your property so you are kept fully aware of the entire process. This will be communicated in your preferred way, whether it be email, a phone call or by way of a meeting in person.
Vetting of Tenants Status
All Tenants introduced by Movehome are subjected to professional credit checks, tenant references & identity verification. This allows a landlord the security and peace of mind that the financial history and status of a Tenant has been verified prior to their occupation of a property.
Contracts
On the receipt of satisfactory references, MoveHome will prepare the Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement and any additional Legal Documentation including Notices.
